On a year-round basis, New Horizons provides a variety of services to the Association. Highlights include accounting and reconciliation services; the compilation of monthly financial reports; oversight of the development of our annual budget; and they ensure that official documents such as taxes are filed in compliance with Florida Statutes.

Other key responsibilities include oversight of quarterly Board of Directors meetings, Annual and Elections meetings, and the Budget meeting. New Horizons processes estoppels; owner/resident screenings and approvals; they support the Board with management of resident issues and communications; and act as a vendor liaison when necessary. They also assist with the enforcement of rules, regulations and violations as needed. In addition, their staff conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the building is properly maintained.
